 Customers must be of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts to purchase on this website. Zagara Wolf will not be liable for incomplete information preventing order delivery or incorrect delivery addresses. Upon receipt of an order, Zagara Wolf will verify the availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product is unavailable, Zagara Wolf will deliver the ordered product within 20 days, offer a similar product at a similar price, or refund the payment amount to the bank account used for payment. Zagara Wolf product offers are valid while stocks last under the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic commerce. Please also remember that working with very natural products, Zagara Wolf can’t have total control over product availability since force Majeure can affect nature.

ARTICLE 6 - Price and PAYMENT

You can pay directly by card through the payment platform or by Bank Transfer. In case you opt for a Bank Transfer and to ensure timely processing and delivery of your order, kindly make the transfer to our account number within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we confirm the payment, we'll start processing your order. Please note that this may take a few days, so consider this when calculating the expected delivery date.

The prices of the products are indicated on the website in euros (€). All taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs are not included and will appear in the last order confirmation process/page. The user will have to pay these shipping costs, except if he/she benefits from a special offer exempting him/her from them.

Zagara Wolf is dedicated to delivering your order within the specified timeframes as confirmed during order confirmation. All orders on the website will be processed and shipped within seven days, excluding delivery time or further direct communication.

The provision of services will be carried out on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays in the place of destination in the delivery period. Orders arriving on Friday afternoon will not be shipped until the following Monday.

In case of the absence of the recipient, the service will follow its rules according to the specific country. In the event of a delivery failed attempt with a return and/or incorrect address, a charge equivalent to the cost of a new shipment will be generated. No deliveries are made to post office boxes.
